San Diego Comic-Con
Comic-Con began using SCHED* in 2010 as an additional tool to provide attendees with a personal agenda builder and a way to seamlessly integrate social networking into their events. The tool proved to be huge hit among attendees as evidenced by comments across social networks like, "SCHED* is making it unbelievably easy to plan this year!" and garnering headlines like "SCHED* slays Comic-Con Scheduling Chaos" from Wired Magazine. With 11,000+ attendees creating personal schedules, Comic-Con deemed the software a success and expanded its use to Wondercon.

Anime Detour
Jo Thomsen, the Programming Director for Anime Detour used SCHED* at CONvergence in 2009. Jo enjoyed using SCHED* at the other convention and decided to implement the customized, whitelabeled version of SCHED* to fit the look and feel for her 2010 event. She used SCHED* to add the complete schedule of events including panels, autographs and workshops. The implementation was a success and the committee decided to implement SCHED* again this year.
